Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Larry Hughes will most likely miss game four of the NBA Eastern Conference Final Series between his team the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday night. The reason is a plantar fascia strain , which is basically Latin for a sore heel.

If Hughes is incapacitated, it is most likely that rookie guard Daniel Gibson would get the start in Hughes’ absence. Gibson came up big for Cleveland in game three, and has gained a huge supporter in team superstar LeBron James. Gibson, came off the bench in game three playing 29 minutes, and scoring nine points. The Pistons lead the series 2-1.

Cavs are better without Hughes right now, he slows the game up for them, and always looks to shoot first and not get LeBron involved enough. Gibson is a better fit at this point.
