Lakers Owner Buss Arrested For Possible DUI

Los Angeles Lakers team owner Jerry Buss was arrested early Tuesday morning on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. He was pulled over by California Highway Patrol after driving on the wrong side of a double yellow line in Carlsbad, California. Buss was arrested and taken into custody shortly after 1:00 AM. Buss had a 23 year old female companion with him, who was not charged. Buss released a statement, saying that even though he was only driving a short distance, he was still wrong to get behind the wheel. He said that he would never repeat that error. Buss, 74 was released at 10:30 AM Tuesday morning.
