Kerr To Become President G.M. Of Phoenix Suns

TNT Color Analyst and former NBA player Steve Kerr announced during the broadcast of game six of the Eastern Conference Finals that he is leaving television, and returning to basketball. Kerr will become the President and General Manager of the Phoenix Suns.

Kerr went directly from playing to the broadcast booth, and has no front office or coaching experience. Apparently Phoenix believes he is a man who can lead them to a successful future. Although Phoenix is one of the strongest teams during the regular season, they have never advanced to the NBA Finals since their appearance against the Boston Celtics in 1976.
