Grunfeld To Become Wizards Prez

Washington Wizards President of Operations, and former NBA player Ernie Grunfeld will assume the presidency of the team when long time team president Susan O’Malley leaves office at the end of the month. Although Grunfeld her duties will be split among Grunfeld and two other executives, Matt Williams becomes chief of staff and team spokesman, and Peter?Biche will take over business operations. O’Malley is the only woman in the history of the NBA to be a team president. She assumed the position 16 years ago at the age of 29.?
