The Golden State Warriors traded a corner stone of their team for a rookie who may have a huge upside. The Warriors traded forward Jason Richardson, and the rights ?to Jermareo Davidson the 36th pick in Thursday nights NBA Draft a forward from the University of Alabama, for the rights to the number eight pick UNC forward Brandan Wright, a young man who is definitely talented but somewhat raw. Richardson was a member of the Warriors team that upset the Dallas Mavericks in the first round of the postseason.
