According to reports that were published on Sunday,?Vince Carter and the New Jersey Nets are very close?to making a deal that would keep the All-Star in a Nets uniform. The Associated Press is reporting that?a source close to the team is saying that a four year deal? estimated to be worth?$60 million. Carter had opted out of the final year of his old contract on Saturday. No team can officially announce a deal until July 11.
