No the man you see pictured is not the latest rapper out of Atlanta, not the next threat to Neo, and as far as I know he does not have a recording contract. However, he will be making his Nationwide singing debut Sunday night on ESPN. The young man pictured above is actually Cleveland Cavaliers All-Star forward LeBron James who co-hosted the ESPY Awards Wednesday night . The show will be broadcast Sunday night. This reporter has spent quite bit of time with James over the last few years, but I have not been privy to his singing ability. We will all find out Sunday night.?In a related story, both Seattle’s Greg Oden and Portland’s Kevin Durant were at the Awards ceremony rather than playing in their respective Summer League games in Las Vegas. The Blazer’s say that the arrangement was worked out in advance, and the Sonics said that Oden would not have played anyway due to tonsillitis.
