The Los Angeles Lakers came to terms with forward Luke Walton on Thursday, signing him to what is believed a six year deal worth $30 million. Walton the son of NBA Hall of Fame player, and now broadcaster Bill Walton had his best year of his pro career during the 2006-2007 season. Walton had career highs as he averaged 11.4 points, 5 boards per game and dished out 4.3 assists per game.  Walton was drafted by Los Angeles and has played for them since 2003.
