Mavericks Hook Bass

The Dallas Mavericks signed a free agent deal with former New Orleans Hornets foward Brandon Bass on Thursday. Bass was asecond round pick in the 2005 NBA Draft after being at standout player at Louisiana State. but 6′8″ 240 pound forward never seemed to impress any one in the Hornets geting extremely limited minutes his first two years in the NBA. Bass averaged just about 8.6 minutes per game tough to get any consistency in such short spurts. Bass opened up some eyes with his stint paying for Dallas in the recently completed summer leagues.
