Brand To Have Surgery Tuesday

The Los Angeles Clippers forward Elton Brand will have surgery on Tuesday to repair a ruptured Achilles tendon. He injured his left tendon last?week while he was practicing. The procedure will be performed at Wilmington Hospital in Delaware by Dr. Craig Morgan. Brand is expected to make a full recovery, but will be out at least until February or March, and could quite possibly miss the entire season.
