Team USA looked like a finely tuned machine Wednesday night as they just beat up on the Argentinian National Team Wednesday night 112-69. Seven players scored in double figures for Team USA in the first day of the FIBA America’s Championship Games. Leading the U.S. Carmelo Anthony and Michael Redd with 17 each,?Amare Stoudamire had 16, ?Kobe Bryant with 14,?Dwight Howard with 12, LeBron James had 11, and Mike Miller had 10. Jason Kidd showed that he is still one of the premier point guards with his ball distribution. The teams that place in the two top positions at the end of the Games will automatically get invites to the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.
