Team USA Dominates Puerto Rico 117-78

Team USA went back to their original starting lineup Tuesday night, and went back to beating up it’s opponent obliterating Puerto Rico 117-78. Team USA coach Mike Krzyzewski went back to Jason Kidd at the point and Dwight Howard at the center spot, whether that was the difference between the game against Mexico on Monday night and this contest is up to debate. LeBron James led USA with 21 points Carmelo Anthony had 17 in the win. This was the team’s sixth straight victory, the only other undefeated team so far is Argentina. Team USA matches up against Uruguay on Wednesday night, and then take on Argentina on Thursday. Coach Krzyzewski credited the strong defensive effort by his team for the win.
