Unfortunate Conclusion in Search For Jameer Nelson’s Dad

A very sad conclusion in the search for Floyd “Pete” Nelson father of Orlando Magic guard Jameer Nelson who was reported missing from his job in the middle of his shift on Thursday. Mr. Nelson was a welder for a tugboat company located in Chester, Pennsylvania a suburb of Philadelphia. Mr. Nelson was last seen in a dry dock area by fellow employees, who after a while realized his extended absence. His wallet and keys were still on the premises, and his car was still nearby. Authorities started to search the Delaware River on which the company is located on the supposition that he may have accidentally fallen in. Saturday?a boater discovered a body white authorities pulled from the water. Sunday the identity was confirmed that it was indeed Mr. Nelson, he was 57 years old, cause of death has not yet been determined. Jameer who is 25 is going into his fourth season with Orlando after starring at Saint Joseph’s.
