Two of the really good guys in the NBA, Phoenix Suns point guard Steve Nash and Houston Rockets center Yao Ming, got together last March to organize a charity game for Chinese orphans. On Friday that contest took place, as a team of Chinese players led by Yao and Milwaukee Bucks rookie Yi Jianlian took on a team of? NBA players. The Chinese team won the contest but the real winners were the children being supported by this noble cause. Yao had 21 and Yi added 20 of his own as the Chinese team beat the NBA team in Beijing 101-92. Phoenix forward Leandro Barbosa led the way for the NBA players with 22, Nash and Carmelo Anthony each had 13.?In an age where all we seem to see recently is all that is bad in Professional Sports, a story like this shows us there are still athletes who care!
