The Miami Heat announced Monday that they have signed restricted free agent guard Charlie Bell to an offer sheet, details of the offer were not released. Bell who has played the last two seasons with the Milwaukee Bucks according the agent wanted out of Milwaukee. Mark Bartelstein, Bell’s agent told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel last week that his client wanted to remain in the NBA but not with the Bucks. Bartelstein said Bell had entered into talks with Greek team Olympiakos. Bell who went to Michigan State briefly played in the 2001-2002 season with Phoenix and Dallas, however he did not get another shot until the 2005-2006 campaign with Milwaukee. He was the only Bucks player to play in all 82 games last season, averaging 13.5 points and 3.0 assists per game.
