Stern Says To Joey Come On Back

The NBA announced on Monday that they have reinstated referee Joey Crawford from the indefinite suspension he received last season. NBA Commissioner David Stern said that he had concluded that Crawford had learned his lesson during his suspension about getting along better with others. Crawford was suspended last April 17,?for improper conduct towards San Antonio Spurs forward?Tim Duncan in a game two days earlier. Stern said based on his conversations recently with Crawford he feels assured that the NBA expects from his officials. He also said that Crawford had been undergoing counseling and had received a good evaluation.
