Reports Say Rasheed Has Turned Over A New Leaf

The Detroit News reported Thursday that Detroit Pistons forward Rasheed Wallace has a new physique, 25 pounds lighter and is sporting a new attitude as well. The paper said that Pistons executive and former Pistons guard Joe Dumars said that Detroit coach Flip Saunders and Wallace?have a?greatly improved relationship over the rocky one that took place last season. There was much speculation that Wallace would not be back with Detroit after his imploding in the Eastern Conference Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Wallace allowed emotion to get the best of him keeping him in constant foul trouble, and effecting his performance through out the series. Not to say that Cleveland would? have had trouble beating Detroit even with Wallace firing on all cylinders, but Detroit was certainly not as strong a team without him.
