Posted by Jeff Sack under Main
The Milwaukee Bucks have had themselves quite a productive week! On Tuesday, they signed free agent guard Royal Ivey to a contract. On Thursday they matched the offer sheet the Miami Heat had given to their own restricted free agent Charlie Bell keeping him in the fold for the next few years. And just so fans would not think they were slacking they signed free agent forward Michael Ruffin to a deal on Saturday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Ruffin who was originally drafted in the second round of the 1999 NBA Draft by Chicago played the last three seasons with the Washington Wizards. The 30 year old 6′8″ forward also played with Philadelphia, and Utah as well as playing two years in the Spanish League. Ruffin has career averages of 1.7 points, and 4 rebounds per game.
