Well NBA Training Camps are open, but that does not mean that NBA players  did not have one last chance to get into trouble. Saturday night was Lakers center Kwame Brown’s turn, Brown was charged with disorderly conduct, after scuffling with police in Valdosta, Georgia. The incident occurred after Brown’s cousin Charles Warren Jr.was stopped by police while driving the wrong way down a  one way street. Officers started questioning Warren about the strong smell of alcohol that emanated from him. From all indications Brown was not in the car, but somehow showed up on the scene and told the police that Warren was his cousin, and that the vehicle belonged to the Lakers player. This apparently meant little or nothing to the officers, and then Brown apparently got belligerent. He is charged with a misdemeanor, and is expected to appear in court  in the next couple of months.
