Toronto Raptors forward Chris Bosh looked to be in mid-season form Sunday as Toronto beat Virtus Lottomatica Roma 93-87. The exhibition game held in Rome was part of “NBA Europe Live” part of NBA Commissioner David Stern’s plan of marketing the league on a global basis. Toronto center Andrea Bargnani may have been inspired playing in his home town as he scored 13 points and added 7 boards. Roma was led by Christian Drejer the forward from Denmark who also had 23 points. The Raptors had 3 other players in double figures, forward Jorge Garbajosa had 15, journeyman forward Jason Kapono had 13, and Juan Calderon had 10. The Raptors now head off to Spain where they will take on Real Madrid Wednesday.
