New Jersey Nets forward Bostjan Nachbar has received some increased playing time this pre-season, and he has taken full advantage of it. Tuesday night Nachbar the 6′9″ five year veteran originally from Slovenia led New Jersey with 15 points and 7 rebounds, as the Nets played an understaffed Boston Celtics team 82-71. Boston played without any of their “Elite Three” Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett, and Paul Pierce who were given the game off, as the regular season is rapidly approaching. Boston was led by Glen “Big Baby” Davis who had a game high 21 points and 6 boards. The rookie from LSU played over 32 minutes.
