Reports Say Barbosa And Hill May Miss Time Due To Injuries

The East Valley Tribune of Arizona reported Tuesday that injuries to Phoenix Suns guard Leandro Barbosa and forward Grant Hill may have them not ready to play come Opening night. The paper reports that both players were injured during Sunday’s game as Phoenix defeated the Charlotte Bobcats. Barbosa suffered bruised ribs as he took an elbow during the contest’s final minute. He will miss at least the two final exhibition games. Hill who signed with the Suns as a free agent got whacked in the back earlier in the game and has been experiencing spams. The reports said that he seems to be responding well to treatment. Phoenix begins it’s regular season in Seattle against the SuperSonics November 1.
