Reports emanating from Boston state that Celtics big man Scott Pollard participated in practice for the first time since he has been a member of the Celtics. Pollard who is 32 twisted his left ankle the first week in October, and had not practiced with team until Monday. Pollard says he felt some rust because as he said “It was a tough day for me. I’m obviously not in basketball shape, but it was good to get out and run around and actually be a part of the team out on the court.” Pollard played last year for Cleveland, where he was glued to the bench, playing a very limited role last season.
