Bargnani Leads Charge As Raptors Beat Sixers 106-97

Toronto Raptors forward Andrea Bargnani led five Toronto players in double figures as Toronto was victorious in their season opener beating the Philadelphia 76ers 106-97 Wednesday. Bargnani scored 20 points and had 5 rebounds, center Chris Bosh scored 16 points, and point guard T.J. Ford had 14 points and 12 assists in the win. Sixers forward Andre Iguodala led all scorers with 23 points and Kyle Korver came off the bench for the visiting Philadelphia franchise and scored 20 points. The game was close?at the start?as Toronto led after the first quarter, but had increased the lead to 58-50 by halftime.
