Sixers Exercise Option On Carney

 
The Philadelphia 76ers, as reported by The Sports Network, have picked up the third-year option on the contract of  forward Rodney Carney.  The 16th overall pick of the 2006 draft during the 2006-07 season averaged 6.6 PPG and 1.9 RPG.
