Nets’ Carter Hits 15,000 Mark

In last night’s blowout to the Toronto Raptors, New Jersey Nets guard-forward Vince Carter eclipsed 15,000 points for his career. Carter is the third-fastest active NBA player to reach 15,000; only Miami Heat center Shaquiile O’Neal and Denver Nuggets guard Allen Iverson got there faster. Carter is also the 20th-fastest player to reach that mark.
