Phoenix last hosted an NBA All-Star Game back in 1995; they also hosted the 1975 contest.? This announcement is more evidence that?Phoenix is a fan- and business-friendly city in which to host marquee pro sporting events, evidenced by the Super Bowl, which will take place in Glendale, AZ (a suburb of Phoenix).
