Posted by Jeff Sack under Main
The Detroit Pistons lost their first game of the NBA season Thursday to the Chicago Bulls who had not won a game the entire season. Detroit decided that they had the perfect team to? return the favor to on Friday night as they hosted the Clippers, or as we like to call them L.A.’s other team that had come out the chute with a 4-0 mark to start the campaign. The Pistons were looking for revenge after losing Thursday, and they took? it out on Los Angeles. The Clippers were never in this game from the opening tip. They trailed 31-21 after the first period and were so far out of it by the half 59-42, that it was just extended garbage time . Chauncey Billups had a a game high 23 for Detroit, center Chris Kaman led all scorers with 25 points. Los Angeles and Detroit now share 4-1 records.
