Boozer’s Double-Double Pushes Jazz Over Raptors 92-88

Utah Jazz power forward had another double-double as he led the Jazz over the Toronto Raptors 92-88. Boozer had 23 points, and a game high 14 rebounds, while point guard Deron Williams added 22 points, 5 assists, 3 rebounds, 2 steals in the win. Four of the five Jazz starters scored in double figures as center Mehemet Okhur had 13 points, 6 rebounds, guard Ronnie Brewer, 12 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, and Andrei Kirilenko, 8 points, 11 assists, 9 rebounds, and 5 steals.

Toronto led after the first quarter 22-18, but went into the locker room at the half down 39-36. The Raptors also had four of their five starters in double figures led by Anthony Parker with 19 points, 3 assists, 3 rebounds. Jamario Moon had 15 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, Chris Bosh 14 points, 7 boards, 1 assist, and T.J. Ford had 13 points, 8 assists, 5 rebounds and 2 steals in the loss. Utah improves to 7-2, Toronto falls to 4-4.
