?While last night’s impressive victory over the Los Angeles Clippers is not an indication, it is apparent that the Golden State Warriors are a team that is tickled pink?to have?forward Stephen Jackson back into the fold.? So glad, in fact, that according to Geoff Lepper of the San Jose Mercury-News, Jackson will be inserted into the Warriors’ starting lineup when they face the Toronto Raptors on Sunday.

From what I have seen thus far, it is apparent that Golden State does not lack for scoring options; if anything, the addition of Jackson makes them that more dangerous on any given night.? Jackson also provides another option to help take passing responsibilities off of starting point guard Baron Davis.? And you know that Warriors head coach Don Nelson has to be happy about Jackson’s return as historically, he prefers smaller lineups, which would suit Jackson to a T.?

The only challenge I see here is distributing minutes around to make the entire roster happy - which will not be easy.? But if anyone can make it so, it’s Nelson.? He didn’t become successful by accident; besides, from all accounts, players by and large enjoy playing for him, which should make putting a rotation together easier for Nelson.? But at the end of the day, this much is certain - the Warriors are now more potent, so Pacific Division opponents take heed.
