The Golden State Warriors have benefitted immensely since the return of forward Stephen Jackson from a NBA-mandated seven-day suspension. The Orlando Magic, with the second-best record in the Eastern Conference at 15-4, wouldn’t be where they are without center Dwight Howard.

Jackson was named Western Conference player of the week on Monday. Jackson, in 4 games last week, averaged 23.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 2.8 steals. Howard led Orlando to a 3-1 week, averaging 23.8 points and 15.3 rebounds, including a monster game against Phoenix; he scored 30 points and grabbed 23 rebounds. It was the 8th career 20-20 game (20 points, 20 rebounds) for Howard.
