LBJ To Miss Wednesday’s Contest Against Wizards

The Cleveland Cavaliers will be without All-Star ?forward LeBron James Wednesday night as they take on the Washington Wizards. This will be the fourth straight game missed by LBJ who suffered a sprained index finger last Wednesday night against the Detroit Pistons. Witnessed at Cleveland’s Q Arena Tuesday night as the Cavaliers lost to the New Jersey Nets, the hand was still heavily bandaged. There is a possibility that James could miss the rest of the week, as Cleveland does not want him back on the floor until the digit is completely healed. The team’s concern is the situation will be prolonged, unless the finger is healed before he returns to action. Cleveland has lost their last four games, starting last Wednesday night.
