Pacers overcome 15-point deficit, beat Magic 115-109

The Indiana Pacers are on a hot streak of sorts as of late, having won four of their last 5 road games, including 4 against Western Conference competition. Tonight would be a continuation of that streak; 7 Pacers scored in double-figures as they rallied from a 15-point deficit to beat the Orlando Magic 115-109 at Orlando.The Magic hurt their cause by committing 23 turnovers and allowing Indiana to shoot 48% in the second half. The Magic tried to live on a diet of 3-pointers; they connected on 7-of-17 3-point attempts in the first half while they regressed, going only 5-of-18 in the second half. But Indiana would stage a comeback in the second half; Pacers point guard Jamaal Tinsley started the rally by scoring 14 points and dishing 6 assists in the 2nd half. He scored 7 consecutive points during a 14-1 run that would put Indiana ahead for good.
Of the 8 players Indiana suited up for the game, 7 scored in double-figures, led by Danny Granger with 27 points; Tinsley had a fine game, adding 20 with 7 rebounds and 10 assists. Jermaine O’Neal pitched in with 15. Orlando was led by Dwight Howard with a 30 point, 15 rebound effort; Rashard Lewis poured in 24, while Keith Bogans added 14 in a losing effort. Indiana (10-10) will now fly to Cleveland to challenge the Cavaliers Tuesday night, while Orlando (16-5) remains home to host the Atlanta Hawks on Monday.
