Martin Will Miss Saturday Game Due To Suspension

There will be no “Blue Light Specials” in San Antonio Saturday night as K-Mart Denver Nuggets forward Kenyon Martin will serve a one game suspension as Denver takes on the Spurs. Martin was suspended by NBA Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations Stu Jackson, for committing a Flagrant Foul Penalty Two Wednesday night. Martin struck New Orleans Hornets big man in the face with his elbow. Ely has suffered a fractured orb around his eyeball due to the blow. Ely will probably have to wear protective goggles when he returns to action.
