?Just got done watching a very entertaining and insightful short film directed by Rapper/R&B star Nelly taking an inside look at the life of Denver Nuggets guard Allen Iverson. It’s playing on the IFC Channel, it is a production of Reebok Entertainment and is entitled “A.I. Gets “Framed” By Nelly.” The film is a look inside Iverson the competitor, as well as Iverson the man. The pair travel from the gym where?Iverson beats Nelly in a game of horse but Nelly gets the last laugh as he sinks two shots from half-court. Nelly and Iverson then go fishing together, into the recording studio, where we hear Nelly’s tribute to A.I. “Warrior.” The film ends as the duo get into a card game. Interspersed throughout the film, Iverson?talks about a range of subjects from O.J. (”He’s 60 years old he should just stay in the house”) to his frustration in playing Philadelphia (”Score 50 points in a game, and you still can’t win.”)? Iverson talks about his competitive nature, and how he has been misjudged over the years by his appearance. Plus East ST Louis native Nelly gives you some insight as to what made him a success, and to his perseverance in getting his vision( His first CD “Country Grammar”) produced. You can catch a trailer for it on You Tube at the following link:? http://youtube.com/watch?v=VtVBxuvBc4A ? and you can see a schedule of when the film is showing at this link: http://www.clickthat2006/rbk/IversonNelly.aspx. I enjoyed it, and would highly recommend viewing .

Sounds like some good stuff, usually this kind of athlete/other famous person, whoever it may be, linked up together shows a good program…

A.I. and Nelly represent the basketball and hip-hop culture fusion of the past 24 that is now being called The “Dunkadelic-Era” In America, 1984-Present. Iverson is #1 on the 25 Most Influential List.
