Beware The Ides Of March Agent Zero Plans Return

From the days of Ancient Rome people have been warned to “Beware The Ides Of March” which happens to be March 15. Teams playing the Washington Wizards may also want to circle that date on their calenders as that is the date that Wizard guard Gilbert Arenas is planning to make his return to the hardwood. Arenas who had surgery performed on his left knee on November 21, has just been given clearance by team doctors to be able to start participating in light shooting drills. Arenas on his blog says that he has not been given permission to do any running or jumping at the present time. Arenas wrote that doctors think he should be in playing shape by mid-February but he wants to err on the side of caution. The Wizards have held up rather well during his absence going 13-10, and many NBA observers have speculated that the Wizards may feel that Arenas is more valuable as to what he can acquire, rather than him staying with the team.
