Deng’s Return Appears To Be Later Than Sooner

The “Chicago Tribune” reported Saturday that Chicago Bulls forward Luol Deng will probably miss his fourth consecutive game on Sunday as the Bulls travel to Atlanta to take on the Hawks. Deng has a strained left Achilles tendon, that appeared to be improving earlier in the week, but the pain was agonizing Friday morning causing him to miss the morning shoot around. Bulls coach Jim Boylan said that Chicago would rather err on the side of caution, and will not play the former Duke player until he is fully healed. Deng is in his fourth year in the NBA all with Chicago, he is the Bulls second leading scorer.
