McGrady’s Return Delayed

???????????????????Houston Rockets swingman Tracy McGrady?

The Houston Rockets will have to do without swingman Tracy McGrady for a bit longer; according to Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle, McGrady left practice early on Thursday, which means in all likelihood he will not play on Saturday as planned against the San Antonio Spurs.? McGrady added, “It’s unlikely, not even a game-time decision.? In practice today, I really didn’t look too good.? I’m definitely upgraded from where I was, but I’m not ready to play right now.? My whole game is based on explosion and cutting.? I won’t do my team any justice being out there and not being able to do the things I am able to do.”

McGrady said he plans to practice today, with his progress on Tuesday, a light practice Wednesday and consecutive team practices to provide a better gauge as to his playing status.?
