Redd Shelved Until Weekend

The Milwaukee Bucks’ main scoring option will miss a bit of playing time for now; according to a report from the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, guard Michael Redd will likely be sidelined until at least Saturday due to a left knee strain; Redd injured his knee while dunking the ball in the third quarter against the Toronto Raptors last Friday.
The Journal-Sentinel added that Redd? would miss 2 road contests - against Philadelphia and New Jersey; Redd is hopeful that he can participate in Saturday’s game against the Houston Rockets.? Redd told the Journal-Sentinel, “It’s not severe.? When I got that thigh contusion (earlier this month), I lost a lot of strength in my legs.? So it was vulnerable.”? This would be the second injury that Redd has suffered this month; he suffered a thigh contusion?which sidelined him for 4 games from January 4-9.
