Reports State Kidd Wants Out Of New Jersey

ESPN.com is reporting that New Jersey Nets point guard?Jason Kidd has confirmed that his agent has talked to Nets management about working out a trade before the NBA trading deadline February 21. Kidd according to the report has had his agent Jeff Schwartz try to work out a deal that would satisfy the player and the franchise. The Nets reportedly were on the verge of trading the veteran last year to the Los Angeles Lakers, but could not agree?on which players New Jersey would receive in return. Kidd stated that he has no anger, or ill will towards the Nets organization, or any member of it. He likened his parting to coming to the end of riding a wave. New Jersey officials have not commented on the story.
