File this under things, you might not want to say to your boss! Chicago Bulls owner Jerry Reinsdorf in an interview with the Chicago Tribune revealed that former Bulls coach Scott Skiles may have set the wheels in motion for his firing earlier this season. According to the report Skiles?told Chicago General Manager?John Paxson that maybe the team needed a new voice. Reinsdorf, said that he did not think that Skiles was trying to get out of his coaching responsibilities, just that he was lost for answers as to why the team got off to to the awful start that it did.?Needless to say, that in most probability that statement?did not give either Reinsdorf or Paxson a great deal of confidence that they had the right man at the helm.? Skiles was terminated on December 24, and Jim Boylan was hired as interim coach.?Moral of the story; Be?careful what you wish for, for wishes can come true.
