The Chicago Bulls announced Wednesday that have named former Bulls player, and NBDL coach Michael Brown as an assistant coach. He will join interim head coach  Jim  Boylan’s staff primarily to work with Chicago’s big men. Brown who is 44 years old was taken by the Bulls in the third round of the 1985 NBA Draft. Brown spent 11 seasons playing in the association, and has recently held positions as an assistant coach in the NBDL with the Roanoke Dazzle for 2 seasons, and 2 seasons as head coach for the Fayetteville Patriots. Brown is a graduate of George Washington University with a degree in criminal justice.
