Heat Will Face Magic Without D-Wade & Haslem Wednesday

I know this would never happen, but you have to wonder if at least the thought of forfeiting Wednesday night’s contest against the Orlando Magic, has been at all tempting to Miami head coach Pat Riley. The Heat travel to their intrastate rivals, already without center Shaquille O’Neal who is out with a bruised left hip. Wednesday morning the team announced it will be without starters Dwyane Wade, and Udonis Haslem for the game. Wade is still being bothered by flu like symptoms, while Haslem?sprained his left ankle in Tuesday night’s loss to the Boston Celtics. Orlando leads the NBA Southeast Division with a record of 28-18, Miami is in last place in the division with a 9-34 mark, 17.5 games behind the Magic.
