The “Miami Herald” reported Thursday that Billy Ceisler the agent for Miami Heat guard Smush Parker is trying to get his client out of Miami. Parker has basically on a paid leave since late November when the point guard got into an argument with a parking lot attendant at his condominium. Parker who signed with Miami during the off-season was questioned by police but never charged with a crime. Yet Heat coach Pat Riley, put Parker on the inactive list at the time of the incident, and he remains there as of now. Ceisler said according to the paper, they were hopeful that Parker would be released by Miami, when the acquired Shawn Marion, and Marcus Banks for Shaquille O’Neal Wednesday. However Miami released forward Luke Jackson instead leaving Smush in limbo. Ceisler says his client has stayed in shape, in the Miami area, and wants to be traded, bought out or released. Ceisler told the paper that the situation had gone on long enough.
