Cassell Receives One Game Suspension

Well anyone who watched the game Wednesday night between the Los Angeles Clippers and the Boston Celtics knew this was coming. The NBA announced Friday that the league has suspended Clippers point guard Sam Cassell for one game for a Flagrant Foul Penalty Two, for whacking Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo in the nose in the second quarter. Cassell was immediately ejected from the game. He will serve his suspension Friday night north of the border, as the Clippers go to Toronto to take on the Raptors.
