T-Wolves Owner Disappointed Garnett Will Not Play In Minnesota Friday

The “St. Paul Pioneer Press” Friday reported that Minnesota Timberwolves owner Glen Taylor is feeling disappointed for the fans of the “Twin Cities” that Boston Celtics forward Kevin Garnett will not be in action Friday night when the Celtics play against the T-Wolves,?as he is?out with a strained abdominal muscle. Garnett has already missed five games due to the injury, which he suffered when the Celtics beat the Timberwolves in Boston, last month. Taylor said that he feels badly for T-Wolves fans because they were coming to watch the “Big Ticket” play, and to give him an ovation for all the contributions he made to the team and the city. Meanwhile, Taylor said that he is extremely pleased and excited with the play of Al Jefferson, a key component in the trade. The T-Wolves have signed the former Boston player to a long term deal.
