The “Minneapolis Star Tribune” reported Thursday that Mark Bartelstein the agent for Minnesota Timberwolves forward Antoine Walker would not mind if the team decides to trade him to another team. Bartelstein says that it is not that Walker is unhappy there, he likes the coaches, his teammates, and management. But Walker and he feel that the veteran may be best suited elsewhere. Walker was traded on the eve of the regular season to Minnesota from the Miami Heat. Heat coach Pat Riley had been making disparaging remarks about Antoine not being in playing shape during training camp so it was no that big a shock when he was moved. Minnesota right now is at the ground floor of rebuilding, Walker is 31 years old in his twelfth season in the Association, not really a perfect match. T-Wolves General Manager Kevin McHale told the paper that the team is not looking to move any players before the trade deadline.

Walker wants to play. What is wrong with him. Why can’t he be like Wally Scerbiak and just sit on the bench and be happy he is making millions of dollars to not play a game?
Oh that is right because Walker actually has some pride.
Either play him or trade him. Minnesota should be ashamed of themselves
