Zeke Say Marbury Era In New York Is Now Over

The “New York Post” reported Friday that New York Knicks coach and?Head of Basketball Operations?Isiah Thomas told media members on Thursday, that the Stephon Marbury era is over in New York. Thomas told the media that New York would be looking for a new point guard next season. This?has been a nightmare of?a?NBA campaign for Marbury, he?verbally fought ?with Thomas, left the team for a night, came back and was put on the bench for a couple of games. Marbury then lost his father in December, he took off?quite a few games coning to grips with it. When he returned his ankle started to bother him. He then had surgery to remove the bone?chips that were causing the pain, he is probably out for the rest of the season. Thomas said he would like to have a point guard added to the team before the trade deadline, but to get one of any caliber, they will probably?have to wait until the off-season. Zeke could be gone from both positions by the off-season.
