Big Ticket Questionable For NBA All-Star Game

????????????????????????????????????? Boston Celtics forward Kevin Garnett?

Apparently abdominal strains are stubborn injuries to recover from; according to Marc J. Spears of the Boston Globe, there is a 50/50 chance of Boston Celtics forward Kevin Garnett playing in the 2008 NBA All-Star Game next weekend; Doc Rivers, coach of the Celtics, said that Garnett would have to play by no later than Wednesday against the New York Knicks to prove that he can play in the All-Star Game.

Garnett has sat out 6 games with an abdominal strain; Rivers said that it is unlikely Garnett will play Sunday against the San Antonio Spurs, but it was possible that he can play in the last 2 games prior to the All-Star Game.
