The “Philadelphia Inquirer” reported Monday that the Chicago Bulls may have an interest as hiring Philadelphia 76ers executive vice president Larry Brown to to be their next head coach. Last week we here at Slam Dunk Central reported another story from the paper saying that Brown stated that he would love to be back on the bench with a NBA team in the not too distant future. Brown said he had no interest in the Philadelphia job. But he said that he does miss coaching and would like to get back to it soon. The Bulls fired former head coach Scott Skiles on December 24, and named Jim Boylan a former Skiles assistant as their interim head coach. Brown last coached one season with the New York Knicks, but was dismissed after one year on the job.
